If you do not agree with any provision, you should not access or use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Rainmeter website or installing our application you accept and agree to these Terms of Use and any referenced policies. You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms and will comply with them when using the service. If we update the terms we will post the revised version on the site and, where appropriate, provide notice to users. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the website and application to browse content, download the Rainmeter software, create and share custom themes, and access system monitoring and widget features for personal, noncommercial use. Prohibited uses include reverse engineering, modifying or redistributing the software for resale, introducing malware, interfering with service operation, and violating applicable laws or third-party rights. You must not use our services to infringe intellectual property or to create content that is unlawful or abusive. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these rules.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and logos on the Rainmeter website and application are owned or licensed by Rainmeter and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. 5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainmeter and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if Rainmeter was advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so limitations may not apply to you in full.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time and will post updated terms on the website with the date of revision. For material changes, we will provide notice by email to registered users or by displaying a prominent notice on the site before changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date of changes will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
